A fruit driven Shiraz, with hints of subtle spice, lightly touched by oak. 50% wooded Shiraz and 50% un-wooded Shiraz used. Fermented in large open top fermentation tanks. Manual punch down every 6 hours ensured a cool fermentation on the skin cap. 50% of the wine is aged in second and third 225 liter French Oak barrels.
